Season of Discovery class quests are coming back in WoW Forever

Class quests from Season of Discovery are coming to WoW Forever. Josh Greenfield, better known as Aggrend, told MMORPG.com in a BlizzCon interview with Jeff Parrott that "some of those made it to WoW Forever, and some new ones got added. Some of those got expanded." Wowhead reported the interview on Sept 17.

Season of Discovery's class quests were one of its best-loved additions. The Paladin chain is the one people bring up most: it ran across five phases, from level 25 all the way to raiding in Blackwing Lair. Forever doesn't end with a season, and Greenfield sees that as room to do chains like that properly: "we have a lot of time. It's unboxed, WoW Forever."

What we don't know yet is which quests made the cut, or for which classes. Blizzard hasn't named them. Forever already has new class quests for its new race and class combinations, such as the Undead Paladin chain that starts around level 10 at Banderian Keep in Tirisfal, so class quests look set to be a real part of how Forever tells its story.
